Shiven is undergoing treatment at McMaster Hospital for high risk Neuroblastoma. Since October 2019 when he was diagnosed, he has had 5 rounds of chemotherapy and a surgery. Shiven loves to play, and watching T.V., especially Blippi's shows. He loves eating rice and yogurt when he's in a mood. We are due to go to SickKids for a stem cell transplant next followed by radiation and immunotherapy. The total length of treatment is approximately 18 months and it's not been an easy journey so far.
